B&D Global Test 1:
Below are three character portraits inspired by the late 1800s, each with a unique and distinct visual identity. One of the first creative steps in our process is developing a deep connection to these characters—building out their backstories, ages, wardrobes, and personalities—before cloning them for use in both individual and group scenes.
We’ve successfully cloned each character across multiple images with strong visual consistency, using tools like Flux Kontext. Alternative engines such as Higgsielf Soul offer different approaches and can also be explored as needed.
For early scene integration, we’ve conducted initial tests, including a letter-writing sequence created with Runway’s Gen-3 and Gen-4 models. While still in the rough phase, these tests help us assess motion, realism, and environmental interaction. The bottle, for instance, was introduced as a test prop to evaluate how well objects blend and respond within generated scenes.
Please note that all visuals are early-stage experiments. Final assets will undergo a full creative review and approval process by the agency and HYH. They will then be upscaled to 4K or 8K using Topaz and polished for final delivery—this includes grading, detailed retouching, and compositing using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
We’ve also included a few reference Gen-AI commercials at the end of this document—examples that demonstrate remarkable realism in both character performance and object integration, showcasing the storytelling potential of this technology.
